Shipping Policy – Efficient Lagging
1. Order Processing
•     All orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and dispatched the same working day.
•     Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
•     You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been completed, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking information (where applicable).
2. Delivery Options & Timescales
We offer reliable UK-wide delivery through trusted courier partners.
Standard Delivery (2–4 working days)
•     Available on all orders.
•     Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier capacity.
Express Delivery (1–2 working days)
•     Available on most products.
•     Orders must be placed before 1pm for same‑day dispatch.
Pallet Delivery
•     Larger or bulk orders may require palletised delivery.
•     Our team will contact you if this applies to your order to confirm access requirements and delivery arrangements.
3. Delivery Charges
•     Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
•     Any promotional or free‑shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
4. Delivery Areas
•     We deliver to all mainland UK addresses.
•     Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, islands, or remote areas may incur additional charges or extended delivery times.
•     If your postcode falls outside standard delivery zones, we will contact you before dispatch.
5. Failed Deliveries & Redelivery
•     If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or no one being available to receive the goods, the courier may leave a card, attempt redelivery, or return the parcel to us.
•     Additional charges may apply for redelivery or address changes once the order has been dispatched.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
•     Please inspect your order upon delivery.
•     If any items arrive damaged, incorrect, or missing, notify us within 48 hours with photos where possible.
•     We will arrange replacements or refunds in line with our Returns Policy.
7. Order Tracking
•     Tracking information will be provided for all courier‑delivered orders.
•     Pallet deliveries may include estimated delivery windows rather than live tracking.
